I decided to go first with one of the best known and talented bands in Mexico and what I consider its best album, the Revés/Yo Soy by Café Tacuba.

Released on 1999, the band's double album does not only represent the quartet's best recording but one of the entire mexican rock movement -if existed- since here its members achieved something that only a few latin rock bands do: to create a perfect fusion between rock and regional folklor, mexican in this case. This is where Café Tacuba started to manage that existentialist style in their lyrics but would never equal the top they reached here.

Revés/Yo Soy it's a piece that's worth having in a hard copy since the entire package, cover, booklet and the including music represent a full art concept worthy to be in your personal collection.
